Chef Jitender Singh joined the Olive group in June 2015 and is currently the Executive Chef for the professionally managed, high-end outdoor catering branch of the Olive group, The Moving Kitchen (TMK) that offers a multitude of cuisines. In addition to that, he is also the Executive Chef for Olive Bistro, Gurgaon.

The Moving Kitchen combines superb food, excellent presentation and warm service to create memorable occasions. The cuisine on offer includes Mediterranean, Indian, European, Japanese, Asian, Parsi, fusion and New World. Chef Jitender specialises in crafting varied menus around Mediterranean and modern European cuisines for corporate events, weddings and social gatherings.

The chef brings 16 years of work experience to the table. His last assignment saw him as the Corporate Chef at Amour café in Hauz Khas Village and Amour Bistro, Malcha Marg, where he won critical acclaim from Vir Sanghvi for Bistro-style food. He has previously been associated with brands like Old World Hospitality in Delhi, 5 Senses in Chennai, Pebble Street in Delhi among many others.

A conceptual thinker, the chef believes in working as a team and uses the ‘Peripheral Leadership’ model in his kitchen. His regular attendance of wine evenings and appreciation sessions has honed his food and wine pairing skills and he also takes keen interest in bartending and mixology.
